Begin by sitting quietly with eyes closed. Rub your palms together vigorously untill they become warm and place them gently over closed eyes.

Eye Rotations

Rotate your eyes clockwise and anti clockwise direction for 5-10 minutes in a comfortably sitting position.


Blink rapidly for 10 times and close your eyes for 20 seconds to relax. Repeating the exercise will generate moisture in the eyes.


Lie down on your back and place a clean wet cloth on your eyes. Remain in this position for 5-10 minutes to get your eyes rejuvenated.
